Home Finding Services
Whether it is your first real estate purchase, or your twenty first, having an experienced agent on your team will save you time, money and hassel. We know the Pierce County Real Estate Market. Hiring a Buyer's Agent
When you appoint the CraigHill.com Team to act as your Buyers Agent, we'll immediately implement our home finding service plan.
We work with you in all phases of the buying process, from selecting the best lender and financing program to locating your dream home to negotiating the best possible price and terms and through the escrow/closing process.
Here's what we'll do together.
We Will:
A. Assist you in finding the best possible financing by arranging a free, no-obligation pre-qualification meeting with a trusted home lender to determine your borrowing qualifications.
B. Provide you with a FREE Prudential Homefinding Kit.
C. Search the Multiple Listing Services for all homes listed by all real estate companies to make sure that you know about every home or building site for sale in your price range and area.
D. Arrange private showings for any homes you wish to see or arrange meetings with the builders you wish to interview.
E. Assist you with the negotiation and purchase of any for-sale-by-owner home.
F. When you select a home or builder, assist with preparing an offer that is in your best interest.
G. Based on a market analysis, discuss strategy about the offer price, financing terms, interest rate, and possession date.
H. Recommend the best services: structural inspections, termite inspection, survey, appraisal, home warranty, title insurance.
I. Obtain answers to all your questions.
J. Present offers, on your behalf, to the seller, the builder, the For Sale By Owner or the sellers agent and negotiate in the Buyers best interest at all times.
K. Make best efforts to ensure Buyer receives exceptional service from everyone involved with the process.
L. Will credit any selling office bonus to the Buyer.
You Will:
A. Immediately seek pre-qualification from a home lender, and if this meeting goes well, seek pre-approval within 15 days.
B. Notify me of homes you wish to inspect or builders you want to interview.
C. Inform builders, For Sale By Owners and real estate agents that you are working with me.
D. Make any offer on any home or new construction through me.
What's it going to cost?
A. When you enter my program, you're under no obligation to buy or build a home. When you do purchase, real estate fees will be paid by the seller. You'll only be concerned with my fees if a seller refuses to pay it. This is an extreemly rare occurance.
B. If you purchase a home through another real estate firm, For Sale By Owner or builder without using me, you'll pay only a small fee to offset expenses I incur on your behalf.

We'll find you a home and negotiate an agreement that will save you at least $1,000 in concessions.
